If your order has not been picked up within seven days, you will receive another reminder email. After 14 days, your order will be cancelled unless we hear from you prior to that.

Payment is due at time of pick-up unless the order is a special order item a down payment is required.

When you pick up your order and paying with a credit card the credit card holder MUST be present and will need to provide an additional photo ID. At that time your credit card will be charged.

Only unused tires that have not been mounted or driven on are eligible for return. Some tires that have been ordered my incur a 10% restocking fee. **Special order tires are not returnable.
